Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and pqc88 (hereinafter "pqc88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the pqc88 website located at pqc88.app, including all associated services, games, sportsbook products, payment processing, promotional offerings, and customer support services made available through the platform.

By accessing the pqc88 website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or using any service offered through the platform in any capacity whatsoever, you confirm that:

Age Verification

pqc88 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other point deemed necessary by our compliance team. Accepted documents for age verification include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Account Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number for SMS verification purposes;
• You must create a strong, unique password for your account. pqc88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after registration;
• You must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active pqc88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pqc88 employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the player will be permanently banned from the platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pqc88 account credentials. All activity that occurs through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of whether you personally authorised each action. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pqc88 support at [email protected] immediately. pqc88 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your pqc88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided, and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method subject to standard verification checks. pqc88 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, following a 30-day advance notification to the registered email address.

All financial transactions on the pqc88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pqc88 supports a range of local payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank accounts. There are no currency conversion fees — your balance is maintained and displayed in ৳ BDT at all times.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction via mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay);
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited;
• pqc88 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pqc88 bears no responsibility;
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically reflect in your pqc88 account within 5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer during non-business hours;
• pqc88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit funds before processing withdrawals from that balance.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction;
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically process within 15 minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals may take up to one business day;
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification will have their withdrawals held pending document review;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived balances before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance;
• pqc88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests, which may extend standard processing times. Players will be informed if their withdrawal is subject to enhanced review.

pqc88 offers a range of bonus and promotional products to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are governed by specific terms that are displayed at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus products unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified pqc88 account in good standing;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the offer specifically states otherwise;
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or combined bonus and deposit amount) that must be achieved through qualifying gameplay before any withdrawal can be processed. Bonus Abuse

pqc88 employs sophisticated monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent; use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times; collusion between players to exploit bonus mechanics; and exploitation of technical errors or system faults to claim unauthorised bonus value. Any player found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited, their account suspended, and may be permanently banned from the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pqc88 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. pqc88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the activities listed below, to forfeit any balance or pending withdrawals associated with that account, and to pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity: Including but not limited to providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, and initiating chargebacks on deposited gaming funds;
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one pqc88 account whether under the same or different personal details;
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or otherwise interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by pqc88;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker variants, or otherwise undermine fair gameplay;
• Money laundering: Using the pqc88 platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. pqc88 maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) protocols and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities;
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software errors, incorrect odds, mis-priced markets, or system glitches to generate illegitimate winnings. Winnings derived from software errors are void and will be deducted from the player's account;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward pqc88 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access the pqc88 platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by any underage individual.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pqc88 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: financial losses resulting from gameplay; losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds or market data; service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pqc88's control; and unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.

Platform Availability

pqc88 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or events of force majeure including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or infrastructure failure. pqc88 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

Game Outcomes

All games on the pqc88 platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by the respective game studios. pqc88 does not manipulate or have any technical ability to manipulate individual game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are the mathematical averages of the underlying game algorithms and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Gambling by its nature involves the risk of financial loss, and pqc88 accepts no liability for gaming losses incurred through fair gameplay.

Third-Party Services

pqc88 is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers including game studios, payment processors, or telecommunications providers. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be directed to the relevant game provider. Any disputes regarding payment processing must be directed to the relevant payment provider in the first instance, with pqc88 support assisting where possible.

pqc88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes to applicable law, platform functionality, business practice, or responsible gaming policy. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date clearly displayed.

Notification of Changes

For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, bonus conditions, withdrawal rules, or account policies — pqc88 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon login. Non-material changes, such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing language, or minor structural reorganisations, may be made without advance notice.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with pqc88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pqc88 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, agreements, or warranties — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter covered herein.
